  I've purchased 2 cars and 2 SUV's from Barlow. Not once was I ever pressured into purchasing these vehicles. I asked questions, they answered and made my purchasing experience very pleasurable. With that said, the service department is even better. I've been using Barlow service department for close to 10 years now and they do an awesome job. Whenever they recommend services, they explain why and give me the option as to what plan of action to take. You get what you pay for, especially when it comes to car repairs. Go cheap and you'll get cheap work done on your car. After paying many thousands of dollars for vehicles, the last thing I'm going to do is have some inexperienced mechanic start working on it. All of Barlow's mechanics are well trained and know what they are doing. They also are fast. The waiting room has a nice, very large TV for viewing while you wait, along with free coffee and muffins. The guys at the desk who setup your car for service don't try and upsell, like many dealership service departments do. Give Barlow a chance and you'll find yourself coming back again and again, when service is needed.

  Very courteous. Took me immediately. I use a wheelchair and was directed to the lift to go from one level to the next. They delivered the car to the upper level, so I didn't have to go back to the desk. They offered beverage and muffins. I enjoyed sitting in the sunny showroom reading a book. Others enjoyed the large screen TV.
