  This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
  I saw the CRNP Shelly. She walked in without knocking the door as I was in the middle of changing into my gown! Durning my exam, the medical assistant came in and asked Shelley a random question unrelated to me and they went on for 5 mins complaining about some training in the office while she was "examining" my skin. I was appalled!
  I am a medical professional myself and so would NEVER treat a patient like this
  I am NEVER going back to this office. Shame on this establishment
