    Stopped by this store around 345 today to purchase a new phone as my current one no longer holds a charge. I entered the store and both gentlemen were helping other customers. I browsed the phones and was asked by one of the gentlemen if i needed help. I informed him why I was there and was quickly told that the phone I was interested in was out of stock. He returned to his current customer while I patiently waited. After 25 min of waiting the other gentleman finishes up with his customer. Im glad that one is finally available and know it it not their fault that they had customers when I arrived. He heads over to the gentleman who first spoke to me and stands with him for some time. They both answer questions for the one customer.
    I am slightly annoyed but perhaps the first gentleman I spoke to is new and needs assistance. I wait patiently.
    At this point another customer enters the store. The first gentleman that I spoke with heads over to greet him. It appears the man would like to make a payment to get his account reactivated. The worker starts pulling up his account.
    At this point I am more then slightly annoyed. I understand that he appears to have a more simple transaction but its still quite rude.
    After a few minutes helping the customer it becomes clear that he has a much larger problem then just paying this past due balance. Even though I have been waiting for service for quite sometime I do not say anything since it is not this customers fault that he was served immediately.
    The first gentleman that spoke to me now switches again with the other employee so that the ( I assume more experienced employee) can help the customer having billing problems.
    I wait silently. Now other customers start joking that the employees should be offering me a drink or something since I have been waiting so long. Finally the senior employee finishes and the customer billing problem seems solved.
    The 1st gentleman waves me over to his coworker. I stand there. He works on his computer for a minute or so not even looking up or acknowledging me at all. He asks, while still staring at his computer, "What can i help you with?"
    I am very angry at this point. I respond, "I've been waiting here well over 40 minutes waiting to be helped and you took another customer before me. Is there a reason for that?"
    The senior employee responds (without ever looking away from his computer once), "Sorry."
    He continues to work on his computer (still never once in the almost hour i have been there making eye contact with me) when the other employee comes over and apologizes again saying that since they only have two computers there is nothing that they could do. I again bring up the other customer to which the polite employee responds, "I thought It would be a quick transaction.
    Employee #2, the one who refuses to make eye contact with anyone, stairs blankly at his screen. I look at them both, ask them to pop my simcard out, which Employee 2 does. I tell them I will not be buying a phone with them today and just want my sim card. Employee #1 apologizes again, Employee 2 hands me my sim card without a word and I leave. I proceed to go to best buy and spend almost $1000.00 on a new phone and accessories.
    This is a new, beautiful Tmobile store and yet was just one disappointment after another. From having no stock, to clearly not having enough staff (and one staff member who cannot look away from his computer), to having nowhere for waiting customers to even sit, it was on overall bad experience. i will not be going back
