  I was sent to your store when I realized the center diamond on my wedding set was loose. I wanted the prongs tightened, but I wanted to wait while the work was completed. Jeweler John Kim went above and beyond doing the necessary repairs, cleaning polishing as I requested; by sharing with me other areas that concerned him and let me know so I could address them at my convenience. Thank you - this was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend Jared's to my friends and family for
  their great customer service and especially Mr. John Kim.
