  Quite possibly the worst interaction I have had with a company in recent memory. I called and left a message to schedule an appraisal but got no response. Sent an email that got them to call me - set up the appointment to come walk through the house and generate the needed forms. Told it would be about 4 - 7 days to get the results, I have not heard from them in over 14 days now. Repeated emails are going un-answered, repeated phone calls go to nothing but voicemail. If you have any choice in the matter, i'd not chose this particular company for your home appraisal.
